I agree with you 100%. Too many companies are oblivious to their customers oppinions and therefore end up losing to competitors. The same is true for some website owners – if you treat all negative feedback like trolls you’ll never develop the site.

Businesses who base their firm around feedback do successfully. After all, the ultimate point of business is to serve customers, and what better way to do that than by asking them directly?

On a side note, ESP is actually more like an eighth sense. Humans have two additional senses that most people are unaware of (well, they use them at every second, they just don’t realize it). One is the vestibular sense, which is your sense of balance. The other is the kinesthetic sense, which is the sense of where your body parts are (to test this, close your eyes and touch your nose. You couldn’t do that without the kinesthetic sense). I know that’s kind of offtopic, but interesting!

Calling, email and conducting a survey
are all excellent ways of getting a
feedback. Sure – do those too.

As for the normal “contact us” form,
I will think the feedback seeker
product that I mentioned is a better
option.

sales page.

The Feedback Seeker is quite interesting. But for those who are quite hesitant with this method or approach, then do the conventional...call customers and ask, send emails or conduct a survey, have an available feedback portion on your website, or simply prepare a feedback form where they can write down comments or remarks.
