I totally agree with you that sales people often talk their way out of making a sale. It is funny that, despite this, many view sales people as having to be good conversationists and having &quot;the gift of the gab&quot; - but too often these types of sales executives oversell a solution and send their clients running for the exit.

Instead, I teach consultative selling techniques which encourages them to ask open questions. This gets their prospects to open up and reveal critical information regarding the external pressures they are facing, along with their internal pain-points and desires. It is crucial that B2B sales people act on these pressures, pains and desires by aligning them with the FABs of their solution to reach a consultative sale. This sales technique will considerably improve the performance of sales people who think they can sell with simply worlds. It is important to understand the client&#039;s world to win business and close more deals on time.</description>
