WinAutomation – Automate Your Repetitive Tasks With Ease

Let me ask you a question. Out of the 24 hours a day all of us have, how many hours of the day are we actually engaged in work?

And I mean full-on, no-holds-barred, productive work?

After we minus off the sleep hours…breaks we take…distractions we face…what we may essentially have left over for work could only be about 7 hours…or less!

In some of my previous posts, I talked about how to boost our productivity through managing our energy and working habits.

If we want to take a step further…we have to learn to replace ourselves.

Meaning getting others to do the work for us. And I don’t just mean outsource…

I mean to automate as much as we can. I’m huge huge believer of automation.

Think about traffic lights…and how it has replaced policeman directing traffic on the road.

Think about ATMs…and how it allow us to withdraw/deposit cash without the need to go through a bank employee.

It’s faster…more efficient..and effective!

Here’s a tool I use…WinAutomation…and a short video on how it works:

imageGo down to www.WinAutomation.com for a FREE download – for 30 days.

The TIME…and MONEY you will save will make the whole experience worthwhile.

I’m not done yet. But I’ll leave it here for now. More to come on how you can benefit from automation!

All success,

Jag Foo

That looks really very cool, and not to mention handy.

Do you know of any Mac equivalents though… I don’t have a Windows computer :(

@Ed:

I’m not sure about mac. But I think there is one called Automator for Mac.

You do a search for it. Unfortunately at this moment, there is isn’t a Mac version for WinAutomation.

But if there is one in future, I will definitely let you know.

Warmly,
Jag

Cheers Jag, just searched for it and found out it’s actually already installed on my machine… I must learn to pay attention!

I’ll have to give it a look and see if it can do as much as this one.

Thanks,

Ed

This looks like a great tool, thanks for the post! One of the biggest problems with marketing online is the time that it takes to do most of the repetitive stuff, so this program might just be the answer to a lot of marketers’ prayers! I for one will be checking it out.

Another nice tool for automatization of your tasks is imacros for firefox. It obviously works only with internet based stuff but still.

I can totally relate to this. I operate under a shoestring budget so I have to do most of my tasks manually. I can’t begin to describe how much time I waste everyday. That would mean I would have to work extra hours just to achieve my goals.

I’d love to try automation but I’d have to look for cash to afford it first :)

@Ninah:

You can just go ahead to download WinAutomation without any cost.

Use it to automate some of your work. The time and money saved will more than pay back your investment.

@ J Collins:

Yes download it. More importantly, try it on tasks you do that are repetitive in nature.

@ Stancja:

I heard of imacros before. Sounds pretty cool. Though I’m not sure if it’s functionality comes close to what you get in WinAutomation.

@ Sabio:

When you can described the workflow as you have just described – means it’s definitely possible to automate.

Cheers,
Jag

We have created a technology-rich environment that is designed to distract, and we’ve come addicted to it. But today we must create and imposed limits on how connected we will be from moment to moment. This 25-50-25 rule is a great example needed to be imposed. The Pareto’s Law and Parkinson’s Law are also great guides in managing time.

The video is very well explained and is really very informative. I will surely try this automating software by my self as it eases the process to repeat various tasks again and again.

@Sourav:

If you have work you are doing on a windows computer, and it’s a process you can define – chances it can be automated or semi automated.

It can be as simple as autoamting your backups, renaming files, emailing to more complex database, file or software manipulation.

You can download the software at winautomation.com to try out the examples workflow you can find inside.

@Sikis:

Yes download the software. And give it a shot. You will be amazed at how many of your tasks can be automated.

Cheers,
Jag
