Useful WordPress resources that will come in REAL handy!
In the previous post, I talked and raved about WordPress, being a great blogging solution.
To complement that post, here are a list of WordPress related resources that will come in mighty handy should you ever decide to utilize the power of WordPress (which you should!).

- Where you get the WordPress download, documentation and support.
#2.1 WordPress Plugin Database
- All the plugins are in here. A whole load of them from administrative tools to WordPress fixes. Please be sure to check out this page. Some of these plugins will put your WordPress on serious steroids.
#2.2 The big list of Plugin links to put your WordPress on turbo-boost!
- I can’t elaborate on all of them, as there are just too many! Going through them one by one will probably drive me mad! You will find some real gems in there. I personally used of these, and quite a fair bit of them are mighty useful especially with regards to search engine optimization which I really sucks at! So happy exploring on your own.

- Window Live Writer is a very nifty desktop software that allows you to publish post to your WordPress blog. It’s really convenient as you are able to save drafts and open it anytime you like when you want to continue.
It has a WYSIWYG editor that takes away the hassle of HTML from you. You can insert links, pictures, tags and even maps easily. It even allows you to categorize your post and specify your keywords without the need for you to log in to your WordPress account.
Like WordPress, Window Live Writer’s functionality can be much further extended with plugins. With plugins, I can now insert videos, space emoticons, code, picture from CS Gallery, Adsense code, text templates and Flickr pictures, just to name a few. Works great and makes my blogging experience a breeze! Definitely worth a try out. Did I mention it is FREE as well?
It’s fair to say to say that I can’t do without Window Live Writer now. It’s that important an software to me.

#5 Recommended WordPress Guide – Easy WordPress
- Even though WordPress is relatively easy to operate, the whole process of reading through the documentation, installing of files, plugins and themes as well as customization can a bit daunting for newbies.
