<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Just take a look at Google Adwords. A keyword like “window cleaning company” can cost an average of $4.44 per click!</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">You better have a good ad that can give you a high click through rate (CTR) as well as a solid landing page/sales pitch to have any kind of ROI.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Thankfully…there is an alternative traffic that you can get such clicks at almost half the cost…sometimes less…and still retain the quality of the traffic.</font></p>
<p><font size="2"></font><font face="Verdana"><strong>The answer – content network</strong>. Specifically the <strong>placement targeting</strong>.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">If you don’t know yet, Google has a HUGE network of sites that carry their contextual ads. These sites will show ads that are relevant to the pages’ content.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">It’s amazing that most people are focused on the search network and are completely forgoing the content network. And the content network can be a source of huge volume of traffic.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Now for advertisers who are using content network, most are targeting via keywords.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">But keyword targeting can be pretty untargeted considering that the default matching is set to “broad”.</font></p>
<p><font size="2"></font><font face="Verdana"><strong>Placement targeting </strong>is different. You can actually choose which sites you want your ad to appear on. That means you can choose the highest traffic sites…the sites with the most backlinks…the most relevant sites to place your ad. This is an incredibly powerful ad platform for you.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Don’t forget – unlike the search network – you can also use image ads in addition to text ads. So that widens your targeting possibilities.</font></p>

<p><strong><font size="2" face="Verdana">Tip 1 – Content Network Website Spy</font></strong></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">If you are using content network for you ads to appear in, you will notice that some of the websites are giving you better quality traffic. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Meaning their referred traffic gives you better click through rate and better conversion at your site.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Now…take note of these sites. And contact these site owners if you can do a JV with them.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Maybe you can work out a deal whereby you can pay them on a per click basis with a more favorable cost per click rate than you are paying Google.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Or better still, work on a per sale basis, and give them a higher commission (e.g. &gt;65%) than you would for a normal affiliate (assuming you have a product).</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana"></font></p>
<p><strong><font size="2" face="Verdana">Tip 2 – Winning AdWords Ads Spy</font></strong></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">If you want to pay Google less, you have to make sure you ad can get a high click through rate. Google rewards you for high relevancy.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">But relevancy is not all. Your ad copy is a factor too!</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">So the only way to do this is that you have to come out with multiple variations of your ads and do a split test. Do it continuously and improve it all the time.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">But perhaps you want to play smart. You want to start with an established ad that works first and improve from there. So that you don’t have to spend more testing ads that don’t work from the start.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">If you are thinking that way – good. How to do so?</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Why not spy on your competitors’ ads…and study what works for them?</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">And you take their hard work from all their testings and you use it for your own!</font></p>

<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">You will find that not all keywords in your AdWords campaign are created equal. Some will be profitable. Some will not be.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Now…again you can test and find out for yourself. It’s vitally important you test.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">But what if you can find out in advance from a competitor’s hard work and effort to see which keywords work for them…and brings in money?</font></p>

<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Today’s post is about an advertising method that works VERY well…and gives fast results – provided you know what you are doing.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Some of you may already be familiar with it and using it to great effect. But most of you probably have not yet.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">And what is this advertising method?</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana"></font></p>
<p align="center"><font color="#800000" size="3" face="Verdana"><strong>Google Adwords.</strong></font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Yep. Google Adwords.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">If there is one marketing methods I’ve regret not using earlier, it is adwords.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Boy..how many sales have I missed out on? I wonder sometimes…</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">And that’s the reason why I’ve not touch on Adwords previously. Cos’ I’ve not utilized it before. But it’s all going to change now.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">I will be devoting a lot more articles and posts on Adwords.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana"></font></p>
<p align="center"><font color="#800000" size="3" face="Verdana"><strong>So Why Is Google Adwords One Of The Best Form of Advertising?</strong></font></p>
<p><font size="2"></font><font face="Verdana"><strong>Here’s why</strong>:</font></p>
<p><font size="2"></font><font face="Verdana"><strong>1.</strong> You get almost instant traffic to your site.</font></p>
<p><font size="2"></font><font face="Verdana"><strong>2. </strong>The traffic you get is very targeted (depending on the choice of keywords you use), and targeted visitors convert much better. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">And the fact that the visitors come to you instead of the other way round means that they are interested in your scope that your product covers and hence again – more likely buyers.</font></p>
<p><font size="2"></font><font face="Verdana"><strong>3.</strong> You only pay per click on your ad. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">At least you can be sure you only pay when visitors are brought through to your site (how much you pay is another matter though as it depends on a few factors like keyword competition and how well optimized you ad is). </font></p>
<p><font size="2"></font><font face="Verdana"><strong>4.</strong> Adwords gives you the ability to split test across a variety of ads which you can then determine which one gives you the highest click through rate.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">The ability to test, track and optimize is extremely important. </font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Because it can quickly allow you to ditch non-performing ads, you could then concentrate on optimizing those that work well, ensuring a maximum of return on investment (ROI) for you.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana"></font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Now having said all these, I’m not coming here to tell you that the rest of the advertising methods are not worth doing.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">You definitely could use them in tandem with Adwords in a multi-channel marketing campaign.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">But say you have limited time on your hands, and there is only 1 method you can try – then it has to be Google Adwords without a doubt.</font></p>

<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Dude…are you kidding me?</font></p>

<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">If you can get $2 out of every $1 spend…will you spend that $1?</font></p>

<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Nope. The only things that are guaranteed in life are death and taxes.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Google Adwords can be a very powerful tool in your marketing arsenal – provided you know how to utilize it efficiently.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">It’s like having a Ferrari. It useless if you don’t know how to drive it.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">I’ve seen people spending money on Google Adwords. But their sites do not even have an opt-in mechanism or a call-to-action to buy a product.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">These people are just throwing money down the drain.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">These stuff – I will leave it to another day to discuss.</font></p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana">Meanwhile, I just want to bring your attention to this powerful marketing tool. If you those that have totally not heard of it before, and you are looking to sell something – then you must explore the option of Adwords.</font></p>
