It’s not the case that the customer is always right. In many cases they are just downright wrong. We have had many cases of abusive customers and in no way could it be said that they were right. When dealing with such customers it is important to remain calm and composed however – don’t be dragged down to their level.

The entire reason that I swore off retail completely was because of the fact that the customer was frequently wrong, but would not admit it.

I don’t think customers are always right, however, if you want them to remain customers than you may have to concede they are right.

Worst comes to worst, we just ignore. Then again, we only do this at the very very last resort.
