If you engage in dialog about the buyer, align with their desires and needs, then deliver a better way, you will be met with smiles, firm handshakes, and pats on the back.

I find that I can quickly turn a bad situation to good one by simply stop talking so much, and start listening to the client. Get then to talk about themselves (which most do) can turn the table around. Also, start to mimic their actions. If he/she leans back into char or crosses one leg, you do the same.</description>
