I’m a certified Google advertising professional. And I’m also a member of American Writers and Artists Inc (AWAI) as well as Institute of Copywriting (UK). My articles have been published in AsiaOne and Marketing Institute of Singapore (as a guest blogger).

She wrote a continuing column on segmenting publics in Public Relations Quarterly from 1998 through summer 2006. Her ebook, Know ‘em Sell ‘em: How to Discover the Best Appeals for Your Target Market, is a combination and continuation of that research.
